Therefore, it is the purchasers own responsibility to ensure full compliance. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BOAT SELLERS
The Owner agrees that there will be a monthly storage fee payable if the boat is withdrawn from sale after the expiration of the Agency Period (only if the boat is at Sealink Marines’ sales premises).
To enhance the saleability of the vessel and/or Trailer, the Owner agrees to pay an additional one-time fee of $375.00 incl gst, for the creation of a Video/Audio presentation to be streamed over the internet for the duration of the sales campaign. This amount must be paid upon production completion within seven (7) day from receipt of Tax Invoice or will be deducted from sales proceeds at settlement.
The vessel will be advertised on sealinkmarine.com.au for no charge. However, if you want the vessel advertised on Boastsales.com.au there will be an additional fee of $240 inclusive of gst for a three month period.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ONLINE AND IN STORE CUSTOMERS
Delivery: Delivery charge is additional and buyer will incur all costs. Orders must be completed by 12pm for next day delivery. Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Return Policy: Sealink Marine will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost goods incurred in transit. Buyers must contact Sealink Marine if they wish to return goods within 14 days. Returned goods will not be accepted if they have been used or damaged by the buyer.
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Returns will not be accepted
Return Shipping Policy: The purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred for return freight.
Re Stocking Fee A 20% restocking fee will be charged to buyer on all returns.
Attention Due to the fact that we list and sell all items on multiple platforms and with various pricing structures, we reserve the right to end items without bids, early and without notice, if the item is sold elsewhere.
Incorrect Item Sent: You are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit if the goods are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you or not doing what it is supposed to do. If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the item to be exchanged prior to your returning the item. Please do not return any item without prior authorisation. Contact us for authorisation to return an item, at which time we will provide details on the means of return shipping when we are responsible for the cost (for a faulty or incorrect item) We will also refund in money, credit note, or in goods (at our discretion) any appropriate shipping costs (with prior agreement of Sealink Marine).
No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
Damaged products and returns: Once you open a parcel or item from its packaging, it cannot be refused at the point of delivery. If you suspect that a product is damaged on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of that product and notify us. If you notice damage to a product after delivery, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return that product in accordance with the Returns Policy.
